We were at the Lantern Hall in the Bristol Beacon for the launch of the Kevin Figes Sextet album: ‘You are here’; which is a tribute to the music of the sadly now deceased, Keith Tippett (not to be confused with Michael Tippett!). An amazing gig and album. We were sat in the second row and I was in direct line with the tremendous trombonist – Raphael Clarkson. Feel I need a new head of hair!
